The colour scheme from the previous page returns for another page of Josuke and Okuyasu being good role models to a small child. It’s been a while since I drew either of them! I’d like to say that this page is in celebration of the news about the Part 4 anime, but this is just good (i.e. only slightly belated) timing.
A few people asked for comics about Little Jolyne’s stand, which is obviously non-canonical, but then so is the whole premise of these comics, so I loved rolling with this idea. :3
There are so many AU-redo-worthy moments in the Justice chapters. I tried to do … justice … to some of them.
I know that someone gave me the idea for Holly to lay the mom-shame on Enya in their tags on an earlier Battle Mom page. I’m sorry I didn’t take your user name down–whoever you are, thank you, and I hope you like it!
(Did you know that there’s another page in this series?)
A quick follow-up to reassure you that, yes, I am aware that being bad at video games is a Joestar family tradition. This was another tangent–next time, things get a little more serious. Stay tuned!
I love that the back-story to JJL is a series of unspeakable tragedies but then our protagonist is a gap-toothed weirdo in an ill-fitting sailor suit who sleeps under his mattress, wagers on beetle fights, and sings songs about french fries.
Oh man!! Wasn’t that episode yesterday wild?! It was animated so good!! Okuyasu is so pure.
After watching it, I got the idea to make a parody of all those bold Italian food paintings you see up in restaurants. I searched until I found one that I thought fit his personality. The original can be seen here.
The painting was done with acrylics, gouache then touched up with paint pens. I also managed to record most of me painting it, so I’ll have that timelapse available to you guys soon!
If you want to classy up your kitchen at home, I put a print up on Redbubble. (I’ve been told many times their quality is great!)
